Nenad is a PhD Candidate in Business Administration with a passion for entrepreneurship. After founding a management consulting business in 2005 and managing it for 10 years, he transitioned into Academia to seek answers for the phenomena he experienced in his practice. His research interests revolve around the process of entrepreneurial decision making, especially the non-predictive approaches, such as the effectuation logic.
He's presented his work at international conferences, such as the Academy of International Business (AIB) 2017 conference in Dubai, and the CCSBE 2018 Conference “Collaborating to Build Vibrant Entrepreneurial Networks” Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
His other interests involve business startup incubators and accelerators, and introducing experiential learning in entrepreneurship coursework. Nenad is an experienced and engaged teacher with sensory learning methodologies in management and strategy topics that spark innovation, both in business and academia.
