CEU Democracy Fellowship with support from CEU Democracy Institute for a Manager or Entrepreneur in India

CEU Democracy Fellowship with support from CEU Democracy Institute for a Manager or Entrepreneur in India

In December 2020, CEU Executive MBA Program established a highly competitive, merit-based fellowship for a manager or entrepreneur in India.

India is the largest democracy in the world and a dynamic economic region that is a powerhouse in Asia. While considerable success has been achieved in numerous areas of socio-economic life and culture, democratic structures could be improved, and business opportunities could be enhanced through better connection to the global market.

The recipient of the Fellowship will receive up to 50% percent reduction of the full CEU Executive MBA tuition of EUR 25.000. The fellowship will be awarded to a manager or entrepreneur who as a professional strengthened democratic values or contributed to commercial success, achieving high levels of professional recognition, and who applies for the May 2021 intake of the CEU Executive MBA program.

Applicants should have at least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of documented leadership/managerial experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and who apply for the August 2021 intake of the CEU Executive MBA program via the regular application form.

"When professionals in India are given a chance to excel, amazing results happen, bridging divides and creating a society of a stronger democracy and prosperous economy." points out Prof. Yusaf Akbar, Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Business at CEU.

Applications will be reviewed and considered on a rolling basis. The Selection Committee reserves the right to choose awardees before the application deadline of June 6, 2021.
