Estonia: Fellowship with support of Estonian Founders Society for a Promising Female Tech Manager or Entrepreneur
CEU Executive MBA Fellowship with the Estonian Founders Society for a Promising Female Tech Manager or Entrepreneur from Estonia
In December 2019, CEU Executive MBA Program established a highly competitive, merit-based Fellowship for a Promising Female Tech Manager or Entrepreneur from Estonia.
As a small country bordering with close allies and adversaries, Estonia has established itself as one of the most digitally innovative in Europe and the wider world. Numerous start-ups in the digital world have their origins in Estonia. The Estonian government has pioneered e-government and e-public services.
The winner of the Fellowship will receive up to 75 percent reduction of the full CEU Executive MBA tuition of EUR 25.000. The fellowship will be awarded to a female manager or entrepreneur who is an Estonian resident (or e-resident) and who has succeeded in defying barriers and glass ceilings in the tech, IT or related industries and achieved high levels of professional recognition.
Applicant should have at least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of documented leadership/managerial experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and who apply for the May 2021 intake of the CEU Executive MBA program via the regular application form.
"From the Sillicon Valley to other innovation clusters, women have faced systemic biases and barriers in the tech industry. Like in many other areas, Estonia can lead the way in making tech industry more diverse and I very much hope that our attractive Executive MBA fellowship will be helpful here,"
points out Prof. Maciej Kisilowski, Faculty Co-Director of CEU Executive MBA.
Applications will be reviewed and considered on a rolling basis. The Selection Committee reserves the right to choose awardees before the application deadline of March 21, 2021.
