We are very happy to congratulate the 50 students who graduated from the Department of Economics this year, in Programs MA in Economics, MA in Economic Policy in Global Markets, and MSc in Business Analytics a Program ran jointly with Business School. In addition to the MA Diplomas we are very proud of our 4 PhD Students who defended their Doctoral Theses and graduated this year: Pálma Mosberger (Supervisor: Botond Kőszegi, Róbert Lieli ) Ágnes Szobonyáné Szabó- Morvai (Supervisor: Gábor Kézdi, John Earle), Dzsamila Vonnák (Supervisor: Péter Kondor) and Péter Farkas ( Supervisor: László Mátyás) .
A special round of applause goes to the recipients of the Department's Awards:
Martin Stancsics from MA in Economics Program - Outstanding Dissertation Award
and Benedek Rózemberczki from MA in Economic Policy in Global Markets Program - Stanislav Vidovic Prize.
Martin and Benedek also received the Outstanding Achievement Awards from CEU along with Olivér Kocsis from the MSc in Business Analytics Program.
