All organizations are willing to exploit the advantage of data-driven innovation to find out, which way they should move forward, how to elaborate their strategy, value creation, products, marketing and operations. However, university spinouts, startups, SMEs and multinational companies are using, and exploiting data-driven innovation differently: they gather, process and analyze data differently, and the delivery and implementing of innovation is also different. In the seminar, Peter is willing to present the different approaches of the different company types, and provide a mindset how spinouts, SMEs, multinationals and startups think -  or should think to deliver the highest amount of value to their customers. Furthermore, he is also willing to provide a practical guide to what can cause problems in the innovation process of the different company types.

Peter Csikos has more than fifteen years of practical experience in turning science and innovation into business on multiple fields, such as biotechnology, medical devices and IT, and gained experience in working for startups, universities, SME and multinational companies, currently he holds a senior position in Huawei Technologies
