University Doctoral Awards for PhD Students

The Department congratulates three of its PhD students, who have succeeded in winning this year's CEU Doctoral Awards.

Márton Fleck received the Academic Achievement Award for First-Year Doctoral Students for his outstanding GPA and for his very promising early research results.

Balázs Krusper received the Advanced Doctoral Student Award  for his ability to produce high quality theoretical and experimental research in  behavioral economics. His main project explores why people often hold manifestly wrong beliefs about economically important issues.

Nenad Apostoloski received the Award for Advanced Doctoral Studies for his outstanding GPA and his exemplary work progress resulting in a research paper. He is also taking part in an empirical research project examining the entrepreneurial choice architecture of senior managers at a multinational firm.
