"I arrived at CEU as a student with a background in finance and accounting. During my undergraduate studies, I was always looking for opportunities to learn more about technology and how data can be used to make decisions and optimize processes. I wanted to open up and learn something new that was different but would complement well my bachelor’s degree. I chose CEU because it provided a well-balanced mix of business-oriented thinking and technical ability to carry out data analysis projects.
One of the most outstanding features of the MS in Business Analytics to me is that thanks to the diverse group of instructors, including top academics and industry professionals, students can explore multiple perspectives during hands-on teaching. However, the most positive experience has been to realize how well the courses are integrated.
Studying has felt much like a flow, a continuous, repeatedly reinforced learning experience, because your progress through the program is clear all along but you also have the option to slightly alter it. I have to highlight that this is not only true with regard to courses but to many other aspects of student life. The efforts of the members of faculty and staff have made the whole process much easier and enabled me to truly focus on fulfilling my potential. I am proud that I started my business analytics journey as part of the CEU community and as part of the 2020/2021 MS in Business Analytics cohort."
